个性,在我国基础教育实现由“应试教育”向素质教育转轨的今天,受到了广大教育工作者的高度重视,并从“不重视学生个性培养,便无法真正落实素质教育”、“不重视个性培养,就是对人类资源的巨大浪费”、“不重视个性培养,很难有效地开发学生创造性潜能”等高度来评述发展个性的价值。经过“八五”中末期学者们较为广泛且深入的探讨后,谈“个性”色变的时代已经过去,如何构建更适合于教育操作的个性理论,并将理论成果更有效、更迅速地物化为教育实践的时代已经开始。笔者在此,仅从教育学的角度,就与个性有关的几个问题,略谈管见,以供大家参考。
