羊草在自然条件下有性繁殖能力低下,种子产量少,严重制约了对其的人工利用。本文从羊草源库关系的角度出发,运用正交实验设计的方法结果研究表明,N、K肥和施肥时间能极显著的影响叶面积以及单穗籽实的重量,从而影响羊草的生殖分配(P<0.01),P肥虽对叶面积有极显著影响(P<0.01),但对生殖分配的影响只接近显著水平,早期施肥对提高羊草的叶面积、结实率、种子产量和生殖分配的影响更大,叶面积与羊草种群结实率和生殖分配相关系数分别为r=0.875和0.827,说明叶面积和结实率、种子产量、生殖分配三者的关系极为密切,叶面积严重地影响着结实率和种子产量等穗部数量性状的高低.
Leymus chinensis has sexual reproduction ability under natural conditions, with low seed yield, which severely restricts its artificial utilization. In this paper, from the point of view of the relationship between source and sink of sheep, the orthogonal experimental design was used to study the results.
