近来,看了一些中小学的体育课,发现了一个较为普遍的问题:相当一部分体育教师叫不出所授课班级的学生姓名。上课时,有的临时翻花名册,有的盲目地叫学号,有的则用手指点,有的手口并用……花样众多的“动作和代名词”,替代了学生的姓名。此现象看似小事,但对体育课的思想教育和课堂教学都极为不利,应该引起体育教师的重视。体育教师任课班级多,平时与学生接触又少,要记住学生的姓名,从客观上讲,确有一定困难。但从主观上讲,体育教师对记学生姓名的重要性没有引起重视,却是主要原因。他们常会这样认为,记学生的姓名主要是班主任和其他文化
Recently, I have seen some physical education classes in primary and secondary schools and found a relatively common problem: a considerable number of PE teachers cannot name the names of students in their classes. In class, some temporary flip books, some blindly called the student number, some with fingers, some hand and use ... ... numerous tricks “actions and pronouns”, instead of the student’s name. This phenomenon may seem like a trivial matter, but it is extremely detrimental to the ideological education and classroom teaching of physical education. It should attract the attention of physical education teachers. There are many classes for PE teachers, and there are few contacts with students at ordinary times. To remember the names of students, there are indeed certain difficulties in objectively speaking. However, from a subjective point of view, the importance of remembering the student’s name is not paid attention to by the physical education teacher, but it is the main reason. They often think that the name of the student is mainly the head teacher and other cultures.
