为了探明蚕沙-甜叶菊渣-蚯蚓粪-蛭石复配基质在大棚西瓜育苗中的应用效果,以苏蜜西瓜为供试材料,设置2种配方的蚕沙-甜叶菊渣-蚯蚓粪-蛭石复配基质(ESEV1、ESEV2)和2种市售基质(对照1、对照2)共4个处理进行西瓜育苗试验。结果表明,4种基质处理西瓜的出苗率和成苗率之间均无显著差异。2种配比的蚕沙-甜叶菊渣-蚯蚓粪-蛭石复配基质培育的西瓜幼苗在株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和干重、地下部鲜重和干重、壮苗指数等指标上都显著高于对照2,与对照1差异不显著。蚕沙-甜叶菊渣-蚯蚓粪-蛭石复配基质培育的西瓜幼苗表现为长相匀称、叶色浓绿、植株健壮、易于成活,可作为苏蜜西瓜大棚育苗基质进行推广。
In order to find out the application effect of silkworm excrement - stevia residue - vermicompost - vermiculite compound matrix in the watermelon seedling raising in a greenhouse, the two kinds of formula, silkworm excrement - stevia residue - vermicompost - vermiculite complex matrix (ESEV1, ESEV2) and two commercially available substrates (control 1, control 2) a total of four treatment watermelon nursery trials. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the germination rate and the seedling emergence rate of watermelon treated with four substrates. Watermelon seedlings of two kinds of silkworm excrement-stevia residue-vermicompost-vermiculite mixed medium were significantly different in plant height, stem diameter, above-ground fresh weight and dry weight, fresh weight and dry weight of underground, strong seedling index And other indicators were significantly higher than the control 2, and control 1 difference was not significant. The seedlings of watermelon cultivated in silkworm excrement-stevia residue-earthworm excrement-vermiculite mixed medium showed symmetrical shape, dark green leaf color, robust and easy-to-survive plants, which could be used as the substrate of seedling raising in greenhouse.
