患儿,女,20天。出生后第6日发热,体温39～40℃,发热呈间歇性,伴惊厥、抽搐、呕吐、腹泻等。曾用青霉素、婴儿素等治疗无效,于1976年5月3日入院。入院当日体温36.5℃,次日39℃。颜面苍白,口唇紫绀,抽搐。查血片见大量间日疟滋养体和配子体。Hb7g%,WBC8,800/mm~3,N32%,L68%。即用磷酸氯喹0.25g×2/3,24和48小时又各用0.25g×1/3,继之用伯氨喹啉治疗。治疗16小时后体温正常。观察36天无复发。
Children, women, 20 days. 6th day after birth fever, body temperature 39 ~ 40 ℃, fever was intermittent, with convulsions, convulsions, vomiting, diarrhea and so on. Chloroquine phosphate with 0.25g × 2/3, 24 and 48 hours each with 0.25g × 1/3, followed by treatment with primaquine. After 16 hours of normal body temperature. No recurrence observed for 36 days.
