目的了解安徽大别山区全民食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病(简称IDD)效果和儿童碘营养、甲状腺功能的变化。方法对大别山区霍山县太平畈乡5所小学的849名7~14岁儿童,进行了加碘前及加碘1年后的尿碘、甲状腺肿大率、血清FT3、FT4、TG、sTSH及TRH-ST的对比研究。结果甲肿率明显下降(P<0 001),以7~8岁儿童最为显著。甲肿率随年龄增长而增加,且同年龄组中女性高于男性(P<0.01)。加碘前、后尿碘<100μg/L的分别占5.5%及4.4%,尿碘>400μg/L的分别占16.0%及40.09%,加碘后尿碘<400μg/L的各组甲肿率均明显下降(P<0.001),而尿碘>400μg/L组下降不显著(P>0.05)。加碘前,大别山区Tg水平稍高于中位数。加碘1年后,尿碘水平明显升高(P<0.01),但Tg水平明显下降(P<0.005)。加碘前FT4有72%高于正常高值,加碘1年后明显下降(P<0.001),且随着尿碘增高,FT4呈下降趋势(P<005)。与加碘前相比,TBH兴奋试验30mm的sTSH明显增加(P<0.005)。结论全民碘盐对7~14岁儿童作用显著,对7~8岁儿童效果更为明显。女生比男生患甲肿的?
Objective To understand the effect of salt iodization on prevention and cure of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) and iodine nutrition and thyroid function in children in Dabie Mountain, Anhui Province. Methods A total of 849 children aged 7-14 years from 5 primary schools in Taiping Township, Taoshan District of Huoshan County were enrolled in this study. Urinary iodine, goiter, serum FT3, FT4, TG, sTSH, Comparative study of TRH-ST. Results The rate of goiter was significantly decreased (P <0.001), most notably in children aged 7-8 years. The rate of goiter increased with age, and women in the same age group were higher than men (P <0.01). Before and after iodine treatment, urinary iodine <100μg / L accounted for 5.5% and 4.4% respectively, urinary iodine> 400μg / L accounted for 16.0% and 40.09% respectively, urinary iodine <400μg / L group were significantly decreased (P <0.001), while urinary iodine> 400μg / L group did not decline significantly (P> 0.05). Pre-iodine, the Dabie mountain Tg slightly higher than the median. After 1 year of iodine treatment, urinary iodine level increased significantly (P <0.01), but Tg level decreased significantly (P <0.005). FT4 was significantly higher than normal before treatment in 72% of FT4 patients, and decreased significantly after 1 year of iodine treatment (P <0.001). With the increase of urinary iodine, FT4 showed a decreasing trend (P <0.05). Compared with pre-iodine, TBH stimulation test 30mm sTSH increased significantly (P <0.005). Conclusion Whole-body iodized salt has a significant effect on children aged 7 to 14 years and is more effective on children aged 7 to 8 years. Girls suffering from swollen than boys?
