当前,农村社会呈现出利益多样化和主体多元化的趋势,乡村社会各主体间的利益冲突问题凸显出来。信访逐渐成为各主体解决困难纠纷的重要方式,在各种信访方式中,以群体性信访影响最大。本文从基层群众群体性信访的成因、不利影响、解决办法等方面进行简要分析,旨在对各级镇府解决群体性信访提供一个有效参谋。 At present, the rural society shows the trend of diversification of interests and the diversification of the main body. Among all kinds of petition methods, petitions with group letters have the greatest influence. This article makes a brief analysis of the causes, unfavorable influences and solutions of grassroots mass petitions at the grassroots level so as to provide an effective staff to all levels of town and town governments in resolving mass petitions.
