In order to conscientiously implement the decision-making arrangements of the Central Government on strengthening and innovating social management and deepening the grass-roots infrastructure in prisons for re-education through labor (drug addiction treatment), the Ministry of Justice deployed and conducted a one-year campaign for grass-roots infrastructure construction throughout the country’s remand camps (drug rehabilitation) this year.
