用氟剂综合治疗牙周病的理论根据是,氟积集在牙槽缘骨组织,能提高骨内钙的含量;氟是矿化过程的生物催化剂,能加速骨生成过程。同时有研究指出,一定浓度的氟,对髓过氧化物酶、三磷酸腺甙酶、胆硷酯酶、酸性和硷性磷酸酶有抑制作用。作者研究用复方氟合剂治疗牙周病时对外周血白细胞功能的影响,复方氟合剂为透明黄色液体,1茶匙(约4ml)含维生素A3300单位,维生素D_2400单位,维生素C60mg,氟化钠11mg(含氟0.5mg)。氟剂和维生素配伍,能预防氟中毒,调节机体氟和钙的代谢。治疗牙周病25例,先作局部抗炎治疗,选磨调(牙合);然后用复方氟合剂:1茶匙每日3次,饭后10~15分钟内服,1月为1疗程。在治疗前和疗程后1月、6月,检查外周血中性白细胞功能活性指标:①髓过氧化物酶,②硷性磷酸酶,③脂质和多糖含量(评定细胞能量储备),④NBT试验(评定氧化还原过程)。研究结果白细胞髓过氧化物酶活性(条件单位):治疗前280±2.9;治疗后1月283±1.1,6月278±
The theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of periodontal disease with a fluoride agent is that fluorine accumulates in the alveolar bone of the alveolar and increases the content of intraosseous calcium. Fluorine and vitamin compatibility, can prevent fluorosis, regulate body metabolism of fluoride and calcium. Treatment of periodontal disease in 25 cases, first for local anti-inflammatory treatment, the election grinding tune (occlusal); and then compound fluoride mixture: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, 10 to 15 minutes after oral administration, January for a course of treatment.
