自从中央“八项规定”出台以来,对沈阳旅游饭店经营产生了深刻影响。本文以沈阳的酒店行业为调查样本,分析其发展现状,并从饭店企业文化建设、顾客关系管理、人力资源管理、创新管理等方面,提出饭店企业核心竞争力提升方法,以期推进沈阳饭店的服务和管理整体水平的提高。
Since the introduction of the “Eight Provisions” by the Central Government, it has had a profound impact on the operation of tourist hotels in Shenyang.
