头痛型癫(?)是癫(疒间)的一种特殊类型。我科根据临床表现、脑电图检查及抗癫(?)治疗,确诊为头痛型癫(疒间)7例,现报告如下:临床资料:本组7例均为男性。年龄,10岁、12岁、23岁各1例,24岁2例,32岁和33岁各1例。临床表现:反复发作性剧烈头痛,疼痛性质多为刺痛、胀痛、疼痛部位以枕部、前额部为主。发作持续时间在30分钟～3小时不等,发作前有视物不清的两例;双侧耳鸣头痛眩晕恶心呕吐3例;心慌2例。多数病例平时表现有头昏失眠多梦记忆力减退。本组7例均有各种不同程度的外伤史,神经系统检查均未发现阳性体征,4例腰穿脑脊液压力正常,常规及生化检查无异常。2例头部照

The most common manifestations of dizziness, insomnia and dreaminess in many cases memory loss.
