仿木席纹地面是一种地面饰面层的新工艺,它是由底层、中间层和面层组成。它的厚度比较薄,却具有一定的耐水、耐磨性能。一般底层为聚合胶泥找平层(用#425水泥掺107胶水磨拌而成),中间层为带色涂料(RT—170涂料)涂层,面层为清乳液涂料罩光层,仿木席纹地面的主要成份是RT—170地面涂料,又名氯偏,是一种无毒无味有一定的耐水和耐磨性能的涂料,由上海天原化工厂生产。该产品分红色、黄色、白色(清乳液)三种,当气温在10～15°时,一般隔1小时左右,就可以成膜,三～四天后可硬化成型供使用。仿木席纹地面外观效果良好,可以上腊打光,保持色泽光洁,施工操作技术要求一般,二～三级油漆工均可胜任。成本亦较低,是一种比较理想的地面饰面层。
