中小学补课现象社会关注强,议论多,看法迥异,尤其补课乱收费成为多年来群众反映、投诉最突出的教育问题,各级教育部门采取各项措施进行了长期治理,但成效不显著。开展中小学补课的现状、原因及对策的研究是依法治校、依法治教、深化素质教育、推进教育教学改革的需要,具有时代性和迫切性。本研究中的“中小学”指城镇、农村的小学、初中和高中阶段;“补课”指占用学生寒暑假期、法定节假日进行的教学,包含学校、教师个人参与
The phenomenon of making-up in primary and secondary schools has attracted a lot of attention from the public. There are many discussions and different opinions. In particular, the fee-charging of overtaking classes has become the most prominent education issue that has been reflected by the masses over the years. The education departments at all levels have taken various measures to carry out long-term governance with no significant results. The research on the status quo, reasons and countermeasures of making up the lessons in primary and secondary schools is the need of governing the university according to law, administering education according to law, deepening quality education and advancing the reform of education and teaching, which is of the times and urgency. In this study, “primary and secondary schools” refer to primary and secondary schools and rural high schools in urban and rural areas; “remedial classes” refer to occupations of students during summer and winter vacations and statutory holidays, including schools and teachers’ individual participation
