提出了面向MDO的复杂产品多学科视图建模技术,给出以主模型为导向的多学科并行建模技术路线。通过建立复杂产品设计过程的层次分解与映射模型,分析产品组成的多学科性;给出多学科并行的设计方法,以实现各学科子系统功能的独立性;通过多学科视图建模的一致性规则及多模型的协同运行策略,解决冲突的协调问题;采用面向对象方法,建立起多学科视图建模技术的层次实现结构;基于优化技术与CAD/CAE的技术集成,实现多模型协同仿真与优化。该技术应用于汽车车身的多学科建模与仿真优化,实现了设计信息的动态交互与多学科共享,有效改进了产品设计水平,提高了产品的设计效率。
A multidisciplinary view modeling technology for complex products oriented to MDO was proposed. The multidisciplinary parallel modeling approach guided by master model was given. By establishing the hierarchical decomposition and mapping model of complex product design process, the multidisciplinary nature of product composition is analyzed. The multidisciplinary and parallel design method is given to realize the independence of the functions of all disciplines. Through the consistency of multidisciplinary view modeling, Rules and multi-model collaborative operation strategy to solve the coordination of conflicts; using object-oriented approach to establish multi-disciplinary view modeling technology, the level of the realization of the structure; based on optimization technology and CAD / CAE technology integration, multi-model co-simulation and optimization. The technology is applied to the multidisciplinary modeling and simulation optimization of automobile body to realize the dynamic interaction and multidisciplinary sharing of design information, effectively improving the product design level and improving the product design efficiency.
