结合MonteCarlo方法和热力学方法 ,建立了脉冲离子束能量模型以及靶材相变温度模型 .利用该模型可以确定产生喷发等离子体的域值 ,得到强流脉冲离子束与靶材作用过程中靶材温度的变化规律以及形成喷发等离子体的初始温度 .
