涿鹿县实验小学,始建于1902年,有着百年文化底蕴。多年来,该校形成了“育人德为魂,教学研为尚”的优良传统。特别是新课程改革以来,学校持续关注学生评价,以注重多样性、过程性为特点,创新学生评价制度,为学生的健康、优质成长保驾护航。近日,记者来到该校,深切感受到特色评价制度带来的变化。走进涿鹿实验小学,首先映入眼帘的是教学楼前影壁上的八个大字:教育就是培养习惯。“创建适宜的学生评价制度,从而培养学生良好的行为习惯和学习习惯,保证学生全面发展,这就是我们建立学生评价制度的初衷。”闫金华校长告诉记者。闫校长说的学生评价制度是指该校已经实施多年的“小小少年在成长”评价体系。
