目的 探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤 Cyclin D1 ,p Rb的表达水平与其良恶性的关系 .方法 卵巢上皮性肿瘤石蜡切片Cyclin D1 ,p Rb抗体免疫组化染色 .结果 在 137例组织切片中 ,Cyclin D1 的阳性表达率分别为 :原发性卵巢上皮性癌5 8% (49/ 84) ;交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 45 % (9/ 2 0 ) ;良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 2 6 % (6 / 2 3) ;正常卵巢组织仅有 1例呈弱阳性表达 ,占 10 % (1/ 10 ) ,秩和检验 P=0 .0 0 16 ;恶性肿瘤组与良性肿瘤组及正常卵巢组织组间存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;卵巢上皮性癌不同临床期别、不同病理分级比较 ,随期别及分级的增高 ,Cyclin D1 的表达增加 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) . 84例原发性卵巢上皮性癌 p Rb阳性表达率 40 % (34 / 84) ;交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤为 6 5 % (13/ 2 0 ) ;良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤为 78%(18/ 2 3) ;正常卵巢组织呈弱阳性表达 80 % (8/ 10 ) ,秩和检验P=0 .0 933;各组间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;恶性肿瘤组内不同临床分期、不同病理分级的 p Rb表达有显著性差异 (P=0 .0 0 0 0 ) .结论 Cyclin D1 及 p Rb表达水平的检测可作为判断卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤恶性程度及病情的有价值的参考指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Cyclin D1 and p Rb in benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors.Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1 and p Rb were detected by immunohistochemical staining in ovarian epithelial tumor paraffin sections.Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1 The positive rates of expression in primary epithelial ovarian cancer were 58% (49/84) in epithelial ovarian cancer, 45% (9/20) in borderline ovarian epithelial tumor, 26% (6/23) in benign ovarian epithelial tumor, ; Normal ovarian tissue only 1 case was weakly positive expression, accounting for 10% (1/10), rank sum test P = 0.016; There was significant difference between malignant tumor group and benign tumor group and normal ovarian tissue group (P <0.05). In different clinical stages of epithelial ovarian cancer, the expression of Cyclin D1 increased with the different stages and grades (P <0.05, P <0.01) ). The positive rate of p Rb expression was 84% (84/84) in 84 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer, 65% (13/20) in borderline ovarian epithelial tumor, 78% in benign ovarian epithelial tumor The positive ovarian tissue showed a weak positive expression of 80% (8/10), rank sum test (P = 0.0933). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the expression of p Rb in different clinical stage and different pathological grades (P = 0.0000) .Conclusion The detection of the expression of Cyclin D1 and p Rb can be used as a method to judge the malignant degree of ovarian malignant epithelial tumor And the condition of the valuable reference index
