在铝含量对锌-铝合金涂层耐蚀性能影响研究基础上,通过我国典型自然大气和海水、淡水环境下的曝露腐蚀试验,获得热喷涂Zn85Al合金涂层在不同大气环境下1、2、4a大气腐蚀数据,并与同时进行试验的传统热喷涂Zn、Al涂层进行了对比。在实验室条件下采用中性盐雾加速试验方法和电化学方法,比较了3种涂层的耐蚀性及其对钢基构件的电化学保护性能。研究发现,与热喷涂Zn、Al涂层相比,Zn-15Al合金涂层对钢基金属既具有热喷涂Zn涂层优良电化学保护特点,又具有热喷涂Al涂层的高耐蚀特点。目前热喷涂Zn85Al合金涂层已开始在国家水利、桥梁等重点基础设施建设项目中获得应用。
Based on the study of the effect of aluminum content on the corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum alloy coating, the exposure corrosion test of the typical natural atmosphere and seawater and freshwater environment in China was carried out to obtain the thermal spraying Zn85Al alloy coating under different atmospheric conditions 1, 2, 4a atmospheric corrosion data were compared with those of the conventional thermally sprayed Zn, Al coatings tested at the same time. Under laboratory conditions, neutral salt spray accelerated test method and electrochemical method were used to compare the corrosion resistance of the three coatings and the electrochemical protective properties of the steel substrates. The results show that the Zn-15Al alloy coating possesses both excellent electrochemical protection characteristics of thermal sprayed Zn coating and high corrosion resistance of thermal sprayed Al coating compared with thermal spraying Zn and Al coating. The current thermal spraying Zn85Al alloy coating has begun in the national water conservancy, bridges and other key infrastructure projects have been applied.
