据有关部门统计,目前全国有1.2亿以上进城农民工,他们的年龄一般在18～50岁之间,其中30岁左右的年轻人约占60%以上。农民工对我国当前的城镇建设、经济发展起了积极的作用。与此同时,农民工们物质生活普遍窘困,精神上更为贫乏。长期和过度性压抑,不仅会使一些农民工患上精神类功能性疾病,有时甚至使一些农民工会形成某种直接导致过激行为的变态心理,甚至给城市社会生活造成不利的影响。温家宝总理今年3月就深圳等地农民工生殖健康中存在的问题所作的重要批示,要求有关部门务必重视和关注农民工的性健康问题,农民工的性健康和性权利正在走进我们的视野。只有民工物质生活富裕了,业余生活丰富了,城市才会更加安宁,社会才会更加和谐。

The sexual health and sexual rights of migrant workers are now entering our field of vision . Only when the material resources of the migrant workers are affluent, rich amateur life will the cities be more peaceful and the society will be more harmonious.
