目的 :对炉霍县2015年法定传染病疫情监测情况进行分析,并提出有效地防治措施,降低传染病发生率及危害。方法 :对2015年炉霍县居民出现传染病的病例进行监测,记录各类传染病发生情况,并制订有效地对策。结果 :全县23个医疗卫生机构统计结果显示,新增乙丙类法定传染病总计10种249例,报告发病率为516.4/10万,无死亡病例。无新增甲类传染病病例,新增乙类传染病172例,发病率为356.23/10万。其中病毒性肝炎72例,肺结核41例,梅毒27例,炭疽11例,痢疾13例,麻疹8例。新增丙类传染病病例77例,发病率为160.2/10万,其中流行性腮腺炎19例,包虫病16例,手足口病8例,感染性腹泻病34例。而2014年法定传染病新增203例,2015年传染病发病率上升22.50%。结论 :相对于2014年,炉霍县居民2015年法定传染病比例有明显上升。疾控中心及医疗卫生机构应提高对传染病的重视,对重点地区和重点人群加强健康教育,做好疫情监测及应急措施,降低传染病危害。
Objective: To analyze the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Luhuo County in 2015 and put forward effective prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence and harm of infectious diseases. Methods: To monitor the incidence of infectious diseases in Luhuo County residents in 2015, record the occurrence of various infectious diseases and formulate effective countermeasures. Results: The statistical results of 23 medical and health institutions in the county showed that a total of 249 newly-identified statutory infectious diseases of Class B and C were reported, with a reported incidence rate of 516.4 / 100,000 and no deaths. There were no new cases of Category A infectious diseases and 172 cases of Category B infectious diseases were newly added, with an incidence of 356.23 / 100,000. Among them, there were 72 cases of viral hepatitis, 41 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, 27 cases of syphilis, 11 cases of anthrax, 13 cases of dysentery and 8 cases of measles. A total of 77 new cases of Category C infectious diseases were reported, with a prevalence of 160.2 / 100 000, including 19 mumps, 16 hydatid disease, 8 hand-foot-mouth disease and 34 infectious diarrhea. In 2014, 203 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were newly added, and the incidence of infectious diseases in 2015 increased by 22.50%. Conclusion: Compared with 2014, the proportion of legal infectious diseases in Luhuo County increased significantly in 2015. CDC and medical and health institutions should increase the emphasis on infectious diseases, strengthen health education in key areas and key populations, do a good job of epidemic situation monitoring and emergency measures, and reduce the risk of infectious diseases.
