采用间隔多次微量取样玻璃体液的方法,研究人死后眼玻璃体液离子浓度变化与死亡时间的关系。方法上选择死亡时间明确的尸体,于死后间隔固定的时间双眼交替微量提取玻璃体液,采用全自动生化分析仪检测采集样本中[K+]、[Na+]、[Cl-]、[Ca2+]、[P2+]、[Mg2+]的浓度,对检测数据进行统计学分析的结果为:人死后眼玻璃体液中[K+]浓度随时间延长而升高,浓度变化与时间呈正相关系;[Na+]、[Cl-]、[Ca2+]、[P2+]、[Mg2+]的浓度与PMI的变化关系不明显。人死后玻璃体液中[K+]的变化与时间呈强相关性,这个结论可用于人死后死亡时间的研究和推测。
Intermittent repeated sampling of vitreous humor was used to study the relationship between post-mortem changes of vitreous humor ion concentration and death time. Methods The bodies with definite dead time were selected and the vitreous humor was alternately extracted from both eyes at fixed time intervals after death. The contents of [K +], [Na +], [Cl-] and [Ca2 +] were detected by automated biochemical analyzer. The results showed that the concentration of [K +] in vitreous humor increased with time and the concentration of [K +] showed positive correlation with the time. [Na + , [Cl -], [Ca2 +], [P2 +], and [Mg2 +] did not show significant correlation with changes in PMI. The change of [K +] in vitreous fluid after human death is strongly correlated with time. This conclusion can be used to study and predict the death time after human death.
