2015年1月16日,神华集团等15家煤炭企业联合倡议,呼吁煤炭行业全面实行节假日煤矿正常休假和煤矿工人带薪年休假制度。多年来,我国煤炭供给长期处于紧张或紧平衡状态,煤炭企业为保障煤炭生产,连续生产作业,矿工长期坚持节假日不休息,为国民经济持续健康发展作出了巨大贡献。与国内其他行业相比,矿工的休假时间短,而且休假期间无法充分享受假期资源。由于煤炭行业工作环境的艰苦性、特殊性,矿工是最需要得到充分休息的人群,15家煤炭企业的联合倡议反映了当前煤炭工业发展的需要。
January 16, 2015, Shenhua Group and other 15 joint coal enterprises call for full implementation of the coal industry holiday coal mines and vacation workers paid annual leave system. Over the years, China’s coal supply has been in a state of tension or balance for a long time. In order to guarantee coal production and continuous production operations, miners have long insisted on holidays and made great contributions to the sustained and healthy development of the national economy. Compared with other domestic industries, the miner’s leave time is short, and during vacation can not fully enjoy the holiday resources. Due to the arduousness and particularity of the working environment in the coal industry, miners are the people most in need of adequate rest. The joint initiative of 15 coal enterprises reflects the current need for the development of the coal industry.
