抗肿瘤抗生素-争光霉素是我所于1969年从浙江平阳土壤中分离的轮枝链霉菌平阳变种产生的一组糖肽类抗生素,是由十余种组份组成的复合物,分子中螯合铜,水溶液呈碱性。经理化性质鉴定与日本报导的博莱霉素(Bleomycin)相同。对实验动物的肿瘤和临床上皮肤、头颈部的鳞癌有较好的疗效,且没有一般抗癌药物所引起的白细胞减少,也不抑制机体免疫功能。 本文报告争光霉素的急性毒性、亚急性毒性,以及血液和尿液中的浓度。实验使用的争光霉素是去铜的冷冻干燥粉末,是本所化学室与华北制药厂共同协作得到的复合物制品,主要组份为A_2及B_2。使用时用蒸馏
Antitumor antibiotic-bleomycin is a group of glycopeptide antibiotics produced by our strain of Streptoverticillum fulvatus isolated from the soil of Pingyang, Zhejiang Province in 1969. It is composed of more than ten kinds of components and the molecular chelation Copper, aqueous solution was alkaline. Physicochemical characterization is identical to that reported in Japan in Bleomycin. The experimental animal tumor and clinical skin, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma has a good effect, and no general anti-cancer drugs caused by leukopenia, nor does it inhibit the body’s immune function.
