轨道精调是根据轨道测量数据,对轨道几何形位进行精确调整,是控制无砟轨道精度的关键技术环节,轨道几何平顺状况直接关系到轨道能否满足高速行车的平稳性和舒适性要求。因此,必须做到精心作业,仔细调整,达到轨道高平顺性、稳定性、舒适性的要求。本文结合津秦铁路客运专线的轨道精调工作,来阐述轨道精调的标准、数据采集、方案制定、现场精调、现场复核及注意事项等,希望对了解高速铁路轨道精调技术有一定的帮助。

In this paper, we will elaborate on the standards, data collection, scheme making, on-site fine-tuning, site review and precautions in conjunction with the orbit fine tuning of the Jin-Qin Railway passenger dedicated line, hoping to have some help to understand the fine tuning technology of high-speed railway track .
