The family property investigation system is the most controversial jobless management measure of the 1930s. In the campaign against the system of investigating family property, trade unions avoided violent confrontation and instead used their own parliamentary struggles to gain benefits for themselves, enhance the identity of trade unions in political life and the public, and served as defenders of the existing British system . The British government also responded positively and actively reached a certain degree of understanding with the trade unions, which laid the foundation for the final cancellation of the family property investigation system. This article attempts to analyze the issue from the conflict theory of peace learning.
