生活中,每个人都难免遇到各种原因引起的疼痛,轻的如头痛、牙痛、月经痛,重的如外伤、手术、癌症等引起的疼痛。医治这些疼痛是否一定要依赖镇痛药物呢? 现代医学认为,疼痛是一种心理状态。有人曾对200名男女进行痛觉研究,当研究对象受到痛的刺激时,只要对自己说:“我不感到痛”,痛觉便减轻7~20%;让他们看电影时,痛觉减轻12%;看有趣的电影时,痛觉减轻27~29%。这项研究表明:用心理镇痛的方法来减轻或消除疼痛是可行的。
