目的:观察分次放射外科(SFR)对肿瘤靶区(CTV)体积不同,联合狼毒水提液胸腹腔灌注,抗坏血酸(AA)和亚硒酸钠(SS)抗氧化剂应用,提高自身免疫力抑制癌细胞生长和再分化功能,降低正常组织辐射损伤。方法对430例肿瘤患者随机分组,分别采用SFR并射频透热治疗215例、SFR狼毒水提液灌注射频透热联合AA和SS治疗215例。随访分析客观疗效和生存质量。结果SFR狼毒水提液灌注射频透热联合AA和SS治疗组优于单纯SFR射频透热组,其早晚期反应明显降低,提高了治疗增益。结论SFR狼毒水提液灌注射频透热治疗联合AA和SS等抗氧化剂的应用,利用清除体内正常组织中自由基对放射过程中辐射损伤的保护作用,通过增强α-酮戊二酸氧化酶系的活性以及刺激免疫球蛋白和抗体产生达到抑制肿瘤细胞生长的综合治疗作用。
