区域游戏活动,是幼儿一日在园活动的重要组成部分,深得孩子们的喜爱。小班的孩子,刚刚离开家庭,走出家人的视野,他们年龄小、依赖性强,动手能力相对薄弱,他们在区域操作活动中的能力水平发展,会有什么具体差异和表现?作为教师,我该如何去面对、引导和组织实施呢?在班级开展的美工区域活动中,我对孩子们该方面的发展差异进行了长期的关注、跟踪,并多角度地开展活动,从而促进孩子们综合能力的发展。
