在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上测试了ZG80CrMnMo钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并检测了不同冷却速度下转变产物的显微组织和硬度。研究了以1℃/s至45℃/s冷速连续冷却时的组织转变规律。结果表明,CCT曲线明显右移,珠光体和贝氏体转变被抑制,在所研究的冷却范围内容易得到马氏体+残余奥氏体组织。所测得的ZG80CrMnMo钢的CCT曲线可为生产马氏体钢提供参考。
The austenite continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve) of ZG80CrMnMo steel was tested on a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine and the microstructure and hardness of the transformation products at different cooling rates were tested. The microstructural transformation of the steel was investigated at a cooling rate of 1 ℃ / s to 45 ℃ / s. The results showed that the CCT curve shifted to the right and the pearlite and bainite transformations were inhibited. Martensite + retained austenite was easily obtained in the studied cooling range. The measured CCT curve of ZG80CrMnMo steel can provide a reference for the production of martensitic steel.
