目的建立酸枣叶药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量标准的研究提供依据。方法采用Kinetex C18色谱柱(100mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量为300μL/min;柱温30℃,检测波长225 nm,进样量10μL,对12批酸枣叶药材进行了指纹图谱研究,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)软件进行分析。结果 12批酸枣叶的HPLC指纹图谱有13个共有峰,其中1个共有峰得到确认,相似度均>0.85。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,为更好地控制酸枣叶内在质量提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprints of jujube leaves for its quality standards. Methods The Kinetex C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 2.6 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a gradient of 300 μL / min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. Amount of 10μL, 12 batches of jujube leaves of medicinal fingerprinting study, using the Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2012 version) software for analysis. Results There were 13 common peaks in HPLC fingerprints of 12 jujube leaves. One of the common peaks was confirmed, and the similarity was> 0.85. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, and provides a scientific basis for better control of the intrinsic quality of jujube leaves.
