以消防员职业健康与安全管理体系构建为主要的研究对象,介绍了体系研究的背景和国内外研究动态,提出体系构建的基本框架,并对框架中体系构建的关键要素进行研究。研究结果表明,只有将体系中的各基本要素充分联系起来,共同发挥作用,才能达到满足消防部队职业健康与安全管理的需求。但该体系并不是一成不变的,要随着消防部队的发展不断调整才能与后者相适应。 Taking firefighter occupational health and safety management system construction as the main research object, this paper introduces the background of the system research and the domestic and foreign research trends, puts forward the basic framework of system construction, and studies the key elements of the system construction in the framework. The results show that only by fully linking all the basic elements of the system and working together can we meet the needs of the occupational health and safety management of the fire brigade. However, the system is not immutable and should be adapted to the latter as the fire forces continue to adjust.
