近年来,台湾日益重视发展科技。大力引进科学技术,已成为其促进产业升级的重要策略。在两岸经贸关系深入发展的形势下,积极推进两岸科技交流,通过引进大陆的人才和科学技术,促进台湾的科技发展,这作当前台湾科技政策的重要组成部分,已被纳入当局的大陆经贸政策之中。本文拟分析台湾现阶段大陆科技政策提出的背景原因、政策特点及具体做法。
