研究了乳化条件对界面聚合法制备的微胶囊有粒径分布及渗透性能的影响规律。结果表明,在界面缩聚法制备微胶囊的过程中,乳化剂的性质和用量对乳液和稳定性和微胶囊的形成起关键作用。用Span85作乳化剂时,微胶囊容易形成。微胶囊的粒径分布随着Span85的用量的增加变窄,而微胶囊的渗透性常数随着Span85用量的增加出现一个极大值,这与乳化剂分子在乳液粒子界面上的排列有关。微胶囊的粒径分布随着乳化时间的延长变窄,而渗透性常数随着乳化时间的延长减少。
The influence of emulsification conditions on the particle size distribution and permeability of microcapsules prepared by interfacial polymerization was studied. The results showed that the nature and amount of emulsifier played a key role in the stability of emulsion and the formation of microcapsules in the process of microcapsules prepared by interfacial polycondensation. When using Span85 as an emulsifier, microcapsules are easy to form. The particle size distribution of the microcapsules narrowed with the increase of the amount of Span85, while the permeability constant of the microcapsules showed a maximum value with the increase of the amount of Span85, which was related to the arrangement of emulsifier molecules at the emulsion particle interface. The particle size distribution of microcapsules narrowed with the extension of emulsification time, while the permeability constant decreased with the extension of emulsification time.
