目的分析和评定ICP-AES法测定作业场所空气中钼含量的不确定度分量。方法根据GBZ/T160.15-2004建立数学模型,得出测定元素在一定范围内的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果作业场所空气中钼含量在0~100mg/L范围内合成不确定度为2.72%,扩展不确定度为5.44%,k=2。结论通过测量不确定度评定,可以掌握结果的准确性,保证检测工作的质量。
Objective To analyze and assess the uncertainty of the molybdenum content in workplace air by ICP-AES. Methods According to GBZ / T160.15-2004, a mathematical model was established, and the synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty of the measured elements in a certain range were obtained. Results The uncertainty of the synthesis of molybdenum in the air of 0 ~ 100mg / L in the workplace was 2.72%, the uncertainty of expansion was 5.44%, k = 2.
