实行村务公开是广大农民群众的迫切要求，也是党的“十五大”要求基层政权机关和基层群众自治组织必须做好的一件大事。做好这件大事，关系到亿万农民群众的切身利益，关系到国家的长治久安和基层政权的巩固。那么，怎样才能做好村务公开？笔者认为做好村务公开，必须与村民自? The opening of village affairs is an urgent requirement of the masses of peasants and a major event that the party’s 15th National Congress requires that the grass-roots political organs and grassroots autonomous organizations must do well. To do this major event is of vital interest to hundreds of millions of peasant masses and to the long-term peace and stability of the country and the consolidation of grass-roots political power. So, how can we make the village affairs open? I believe that doing a good job in village affairs, must be with the villagers themselves?
