微生物是森林生态系统的组成成分之一,它们积极参与生态系统物质循环与能量转化及在维持生态系统的结构与功能方面,起着十分重要的作用。细菌则是土壤微生物中数量最多的一个类群。因此,了解土壤中细菌的生态分布对研究森林生态系统物质循环和能量转化具有十分重要的意义。本项工作属尖峰岭热带林生态系统研究本底调查的一部分,目的是了解尖峰岭热带半落叶季雨林、热带常绿季雨林、热带山地雨林土壤中细菌随季节变化的规律、组成及分布。
Microbes are one of the components of forest ecosystem. They play an important role in actively participating in ecosystem material circulation and energy conversion and in maintaining the structure and function of ecosystems. Bacteria are one of the largest groups of soil microorganisms. Therefore, to understand the ecological distribution of bacteria in the soil is very important for studying the material circulation and energy conversion of forest ecosystem. This work is part of a background investigation of the study on the jungle forest ecosystem in Jianfengling with the purpose to understand the regularity, composition and distribution of bacteria in the soil in the semi-deciduous seasonal rain forest, tropical evergreen seasonal rain forest and tropical mountain rain forest in Jianfengling.
