E512型联合收割机的配套动力为4VD14.5/12-1SRW型柴油机。该柴油机的机油粗滤芯使用130~150小时后,常出现压瘪现象。这时机油不经过滤直接到主油道,造成拉瓦、烧瓦甚至出现捣缸的恶性事故。分析其原因:(1)纸质滤芯骨架强度不够。(2)机油温度高,使滤芯上下两端粘结物质脱掉。(3)机油过脏,滤芯堵塞,使滤芯内腔压力过高。(4)纸质滤芯质量欠佳。由于以上原因,粗滤芯经常被压瘪,致使发动机主要部件使用寿命缩短,过早报废。为此,我们从1985年开始对粗滤芯进行研究改进。

(3) oil is too dirty, filter plugged, so that the filter cavity pressure is too high. (4) poor quality of paper filter. For these reasons, the coarse filter is often crushed, resulting in shortened service life of the main engine components, premature retirement. To this end, we started from 1985 on the coarse filter to improve the study.
