一、课题:跳绳的新练法二、案例教学背景:《体育与健康课程标准》中提出“改革课程内容与教学方式,努力体现课程的时代性;关注学生运动爱好和专长的形成,奠定学生终身体育的基础”。在本单元的教学中,笔者选用了“跳绳”作为主要教学内容,跳绳实用性强,形式多样,内容丰富易引起学生的兴趣,还有助于发展学生的弹跳等基本活动能力,通过形式多样的教法、学法、练法,注重培养学生浓厚的学练兴趣与旺盛的求知欲,意想在关注学生的生活经验,增强课程内容与社会生活的联系方面寻找突破口。让学生在愉快
