本文通过对3种不同晶粒度和Co含量的硬质合金PCB极小径钻头的钻孔对比实验,利用钻尖磨损仪、检孔机、孔粗测量仪检测3种不同材质的极小径钻头的磨损和崩口、孔位精度、孔壁粗糙度,着重考察了不同物理性能和参数特性的硬质合金对PCB极小径钻头钻孔性能的影响。结果表明:PCB极小径钻头的加工性能并不是随着硬质合金晶粒度的减小、Co含量的增加而逐渐提高。虽然随着硬质合金晶粒度的减小、Co含量的增加硬质合金的强度有所增加,但是也会导致极小径钻头的耐磨损性能降低,从而导致最终的极小径钻头钻孔性能受到一定影响。3种硬质合金PCB小钻头中,晶粒度为0.25μm、Co的质量分数为8%的硬质合金材质制作的PCB极小径钻头试样,综合性能优于其它晶粒度大小和Co的质量分数的硬质合金材质。
