本文通过合成封闭型聚氨酯预聚体(BPUP)对MUF树脂进行共混改性处理,研究了-NCO/-OH(R值)及预聚体添加量对共混胶粘剂胶合性能的影响;并探讨了基材含水率对共混胶粘剂润湿性的影响规律。结果表明:随着R值增加,共混胶粘剂的粘度、p H值和干湿强度均呈增加趋势,接触角整体呈下降趋势;随着BPUP添加量增加,共混胶粘剂的干、湿胶合强度和木破率明显提高;随着基材含水率的增加,初接触角减小,平衡接触角增大,胶粘剂在基材表面的扩散-渗透速率降低,润湿性减弱。
In this paper, the modified polyurethane prepolymer (BPUP) was modified by blending MUF resin to study the effect of -NCO / -OH (R value) and the amount of prepolymer on the bonding properties of the blend adhesives The effect of substrate moisture content on the wettability of blend adhesive was studied. The results showed that the viscosity, p H value and wet-dry strength of the blend adhesives all increased with the increase of R value, and the contact angles decreased as a whole. With the increase of the amount of BPUP, the dry and wet bond strengths And the breaking rate of wood increased obviously. With the increase of water content, the initial contact angle decreased and the equilibrium contact angle increased. The diffusion and permeation rate of the adhesive decreased and the wettability decreased.
