以高等级公路半刚性基层沥青路面的U形开裂损坏为研究对象,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立力学模型,对引起U形开裂的因素——层间接触条件和超载进行力学分析,并对其影响显著性进行方差分析。经过计算分析得知:层间接触条件和超载对沥青路面U形开裂的产生均有显著性影响,且面层层间接触条件要远远大于基面层间接触条件对其产生的影响。若想减少U形破坏的发生,一方面应加强面层层间的粘结,以提高层间抗剪切性能,避免层间发生滑移,另一方面应限制超载车辆的通行。
