利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对海洋平台用钢(E690)进行了单道次压缩试验,分析了变形温度、变形量和变形速率对E690动态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明,变形温度是影响奥氏体晶粒度的主要因素,且随变形温度的增加,变形速率的减小,及变形量的增加,奥氏体晶粒更细小均匀。优化热轧工艺参数为变形温度950℃,变形量50%,变形速率0.1 s-1,晶粒度可达到9.7级。
A single pass compression test on offshore platform steel (E690) was carried out on a Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine. The effects of deformation temperature, deformation and deformation rate on the dynamic recrystallization behavior of E690 were analyzed. The results show that the deformation temperature is the main factor affecting the grain size of austenite. With the increase of deformation temperature, the decrease of deformation rate and the increase of deformation, austenite grains are more fine and uniform. Optimized hot rolling process parameters for the deformation temperature of 950 ℃, the deformation of 50%, the deformation rate of 0.1 s-1, grain size can reach 9.7.
