目的研究不同提取工艺所得黄姜总皂苷提取物的差异。方法利用分光光度法和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法对不同工艺的提取物进行成分对比和图谱分析。结果不同提取方法(乙醇回流法、水煎回流法、超声波辅助乙醇法),不同精制方法(D-101大孔吸附树脂法、ZTC澄清剂法、正丁醇萃取法),不同乙醇体积分数(30%、50%、70%、90%)的提取物中薯蓣皂苷元的量不同。FTIR法分析其所含成分种类和量各不相同,在红外谱图上存在明显的差异。结论采用乙醇回流法提取,D-101大孔吸附树脂法纯化,50%乙醇洗脱效果最好。
Objective To study the differences of extracts of total saponins extracted from dioscorea zingiberensis in different extraction processes. Methods Spectrophotometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to analyze the composition of the extracts and the spectrum analysis. Results Different extraction methods (ethanol reflux, decoction reflux, ultrasound-assisted ethanol), different purification methods (D-101 macroporous resin, ZTC clarifier, n-butanol), different ethanol volume fraction ( The amount of diosgenin in the extracts of 30%, 50%, 70%, and 90% was different. The FTIR analysis showed that the types and amounts of the components were different, and there were significant differences in the infrared spectra. Conclusion The ethanol extraction method was used to extract D-101 macroporous adsorption resin. The elution effect of 50% ethanol was the best.
