德育,以情教育,各个击破是我解决班上少数民族学生的办法。想他们之所想,急他们之所急,帮助他们解决最亟待解决的问题,建立相互之间的信任,那么以后的工作更容易开展。因为家庭贫困,因为自卑不自信所以他们更容易敏感和脆弱,因此我们学生工作者要重视这一点,要摒弃传统的教育方法,真正以学生为主,关心学生的生活,而且还需要建立一个良好的班委体系,通过这些同学的直接接触,双向努力,从而更好地解决问题。
Moral education, love education, all break is my solution to the class minority students approach. Think of what they think and urgently urgently need them to help them solve their most pressing problems and establish mutual trust so that future work can be carried out more easily. Because of family poverty, they are more susceptible and vulnerable because of inferior self-confidence. Therefore, we students workers should pay attention to this. They should abandon the traditional methods of education, take the students as the main, and care about the students’ lives. They also need to establish a good Class system, through the direct contact of these students, two-way efforts to better solve the problem.
