在新药(一类)研发过程中,进行药物代谢动力学和药理学研究是新药申请临床必不可少的研究内容,应用氚标记化合物进行药物代谢动力学和药理学研究是目前主要的研究手段。氚气是氚标记化合物的制备过程中最常应用的氚源,氚气的储存、释放、回收等需要用到密封性能好的真空系统装置。为保护环境和人员的安全,降低氚泄露的风险,自主研制了用于氚标记反应的不锈钢真空装置系统。
In the development of new drugs (a class), the study of pharmacokinetics and pharmacology is indispensable for the clinical application of new drugs. The study of pharmacokinetics and pharmacology using tritiated compounds is the main research method. Tritium gas is the most commonly used tritium source in the preparation of tritium-labeled compounds. The storage, release and recovery of tritium gas requires the use of a vacuum system with good sealing performance. In order to protect the environment and personnel safety and reduce the risk of tritium leakage, a stainless steel vacuum system for tritium reaction has been independently developed.
