目的:研究干旱胁迫下甘草苷与脱落酸含量的变化,分析二者相关关系。方法:以人工培育甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.为材料,按照外源钙叶面喷施浓度、喷施季节与干旱胁迫程度3因素3水平设计正交试验处理,检测不同试验处理下的甘草苷与脱落酸含量变化,分析各试验因素对甘草苷、脱落酸含量变化的影响,以及两者含量间的相关性。结果:干旱胁迫对甘草苷和脱落酸均具有显著影响,且二者含量间具有显著的正相关。结论:干旱胁迫下甘草苷的合成积累,与抗旱信号传导物质脱落酸的合成密切相关。
Objective: To study the changes of the content of liquiritin and abscisic acid under drought stress, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: The artificial cultivation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Was used as the experimental material to study the effects of exogenous calcium foliar application concentration, spray season and drought stress level of 3 factors and 3 on orthogonal test. Acid content changes, analysis of the experimental factors on the changes of liquiritin, abscisic acid content, as well as the correlation between the two content. Results: Drought stress had significant effects on both glycyrrhizin and abscisic acid, and there was a significant positive correlation between them. Conclusion: The synthesis and accumulation of liquiritin in drought stress are closely related to the synthesis of abscisic acid (ABA), a signal transducing material of drought resistance.
