I. INTRODUCTION Measuring the content and flow rate of two-phase fluid in pipes has increasingly become an important technique. It has very important application in petroleum industry and nuclear power industry. Many measurement methods, there are γ-ray absorption, conductivity, capacitance detection and other methods. The NMR method to measure the two-phase fluid content and flow rate can be automatically monitored, is a very accurate and practical method. In the exploitation of oil, the crude oil extracted from the well is actually oil-water mixture, and some also contain gas. The oil-water mixture coming out of several wells merges from each pipe
