企业职代会制度是企业职工代表大会制度的简称,党的十八大明确提出要全心全意依靠工人阶级,健全以职工代表大会为基本形式的企事业单位民主管理制度,保障职工参与管理和监督的民主权利。目前,企业职代会已成为当代企业的重要机构。本文将分析企业职代会的作用,论述企业职代会的运作现状与问题,并探索完善企业职代会制度的方法。
