提高矿山资源回采率,减低矿石的贫化损失,可以为矿山企业带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。以矿业软件为平台,共享地质数据、测量信息、采矿设计等信息,从而实现露天矿反循环钻品位控制数字化管理的工作流程。以某金矿为工程实例,详细介绍了利用三维矿业软件,结合反循环钻取样工艺,建立RC品位控制孔数据库、二次圈定矿体模型、建立块体模型、指导生产作业的步骤和数字化技术,为提高露天开采中矿石的贫化损失控制能力和资源回采率提供了借鉴经验。
Increasing the recovery rate of mining resources and reducing the depletion loss of ore can bring tremendous economic and social benefits to the mining enterprises. Mining software as a platform to share geological data, measurement information, mining design and other information, so as to achieve the open pit mine recycling digital control of work flow. Taking a gold mine as an example, this paper introduces in detail the use of 3D mining software, combined with reverse circulation drilling sampling technology, the establishment of RC grade control hole database, secondary orebody modeling, building of block model, and guidance of production operation and digital technology , Which provided experiences for improving the control ability of depletion loss and resource recovery rate of ore in open pit mining.
