目的了解新疆三级甲医院儿科医护人员情绪劳动现状影响因素,为后期进一步干预提供参考。方法随机抽取新疆两所三级甲等医院儿科护理人员100名作为研究对象,通过发放问卷形式对护士情绪劳动现状进行调查,使用SPSS21.0中文软件包分析影响护士情绪劳动得分的因素。结果 100名儿科护士情绪劳动总分为(30.09±6.65)分,得分率为54.71%;表层扮演为(12.76±3.10)分,得分率为51.04%;深层扮演为(17.33±3.09)分,得分率为57.77%。不同民族、职称、工龄、非护理时间、工作满意程度的儿科护理人员情绪劳动得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而工龄、职称、工作满意度是影响儿科护理人员情绪劳动的独立因素(均P<0.05)。结论儿科护理人员情绪劳动得分较高,工龄、培训时间及非护理工作时间是影响儿科护理人员情绪劳动得分的主要因素,可以通过减少非护理工作时间、加强培训时间及对高年资护士心理弹性训练适度降低情绪劳动得分。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of emotional labor status of pediatric medical staffs in the third-class A hospitals in Xinjiang and provide reference for further intervention in the latter part of the year. Methods A total of 100 pediatric nursing staff in two Grade A hospitals in Xinjiang were randomly selected as the research object. The questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of nurses’ emotional labor. SPSS21.0 Chinese software package was used to analyze the factors affecting the emotional labor scores of nurses. Results The score of emotional work of 100 pediatric nurses was (30.09 ± 6.65) points, the score rate was 54.71%; the surface layer played as (12.76 ± 3.10) points, the score rate was 51.04%; the deep layer played as (17.33 ± 3.09) The rate was 57.77%. The scores of emotional labor of pediatric nursing staff with different nationalities, titles, length of service, non-nursing time and job satisfaction were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The length of service, job title and job satisfaction were the independent factors influencing the emotional labor of pediatric nurses (all P <0.05). Conclusion Pediatric nursing staff have higher emotional labor scores, length of service, training time and non-nursing working time are the main factors that affect the score of emotional work of pediatric nursing staff. It can be achieved by reducing non-nursing working hours, training time and the psychological resilience of senior nurses Training moderately reduces emotional labor scores.
